Axtro establishes contractual commercial distribution and fleet operation partnerships. We evaluate candidate vehicle models against our 17-point Technical Due Diligence Matrix, arrange local regulatory homologation, coordinate commercial leasing facilities, and manage warranty administration backed by certified local technicians.
The 1,500+ commercial fleet rollout is structured across planned multi-year phases. Phase 1 begins with pilot corridor validation in the Greater Accra metropolitan area, accompanied by initial depot charging infrastructure and TVET technician certification, before scaling to nationwide urban transit routes.
Yes. In coordination with clean energy partners, we welcome hardware charging manufacturers, solar microgrid EPCs, and battery storage providers to deploy equipment across our depot, highway corridors, and Charge On Wheels mobile power hubs.
